I feel like this is a pretty logical endpoint of rugged individualism. Can’t even see the millions of life altering injuries and deaths as anything but “other” or numbers. All to get to YOUR destination 3 minutes quicker.
It's not life and death if I do speed, you're blowing the problem out of proportion to feel artificially safe.
