Yeah they look unincorporated. Jurisdictional boundaries are weird - sometimes you can choose which city you want to be part of if you’re on the border, or in this case neither.

Massive escalation at the Portland ICE facility. Worst I’ve ever seen. More pepper balls than I can count. Teargas in the middle of crowd. Violent arrests. Some type of either noise or rubber bullet shotgun fired into the air then later aimed at protesters chests/heads at near point blank range.

Shit drivers did today:
- One driver put their hazards on to cross 3 lanes of traffic and take the exit and then kept them on to cut people off until they got on the other highway
- Another went from being in an exit only lane to all the way across 5 lanes of traffic

To anyone who organizes events, please try to make your main entrance an accessible entrance. Showing up to an event where everyone is directed to enter via stairs and you have to have people go track down event organizers to get an accessible entrance opened isn’t the most welcoming vibe lol
