I have long been intrigued by the story, "The Death of Bloody Mary" by gretch_villa on instagram, and wanted to try my hand at painting the character Mary in all her crimson splendor. I recently discovered new reference materials, and it's upped my pose game so much!

I highly recommend Obscura 29 photo reference packs over on artstation (I'll link it in the comments)

Other great reference tools I've been using recently are BJD dolls for poses and DND miniatures for environments
