It's crazy how you see people are now only discovering that you can build stuff in the CLI when some of us OG programmers have already been using it since decades ago 😂

The recent AWS outage have made me consider using a raspberry pi as my own hosting solution.

You know what I just realized?
I might not have to get a dedicated laptop just for Ubuntu if I can just do it on this Pi itself.
Sure it might not be as performant but 😂

So this might be overkill but I just made a purchase for the Raspberry Pi 5 with 16gb ram for myself as a birthday gift to myself 😂
Never owned one but I'm excited and can't wait for when it arrives!
p.s ignore the price lol I kinda got it for free using some redeemed points 😉

Today has been a big day for me as I just hit a new digit in my age.
I am really grateful for my life, for my awesome and supportive wife and son.
I am grateful for being able to do the things that I'm currently able to do.

I'm learning so much about hardware now that I'm only now finding out that desktop GPUs can outperform their laptop counterparts (of the same model) by a huge margin!!???
