I have to say, Frank's man-management of Mathys Tel has been nothing short of superb. There was progress in Tel's performance against West Ham, got in good positions vs. Doncaster, and got his goal today.

Frank pushing him towards the fans was a great gesture. He's pushing the right buttons.
