No major changes to the Brackets this time, but we've been working on clarifying some of the ~*vibes~* around each Bracket, including adding "safe turns" and delineating expectations for decks, win conditions, and gameplay.

To my knowledge a large and well known streamer that has been harassed and assaulted in the past had her request for body guards denied and her personal body guards were kicked out was harassed and assaulted by a con goer.
