for how people are trying to use it, yes. it's neural network based machine learning but they basically pointed it at the Internet and said "based on this, provide outputs that are associated with keywords in the input." If you've been in the 'net for more than 30 sec, you know this is a bad idea.

Our #politicians need the #discipline to go back to these messages when well paid, well trained arguers throw red herrings & what abouts at them. "I think local groups should decide how to handle trans participation in activities. The important thing is people here work hard & can't afford food!"

This morning, I was hit in the face by a baton.

I’m going to have a pretty gnarly bruise but we need to remember why this is happening: Trump and ICE are rounding up our neighbors, treating them as subhuman, and shipping them off to labor camps in foreign countries. It has to end.

I think #Roberts genuinely wants #SCOTUS to have legitimacy but he knows that there'll be some decision against #Trump in the future that could trigger the admin ignoring their ruling. I think they've already lost legitimacy, but in cases where they've ruled against Trump, the admin has followed.

I think it'd be really interesting to look at history books 200 years hence comparing the #Roberts Court to the #Taney Court that gave us decisions like #DreddScott (8 to 2).

The next Chief Justice ( #Jackson please please) is going to have a lot of work to do.
