Muji Hotel Ginza in Tokyo showcases how to make small spaces work. My single room is only 15sqm, but somehow, it has everything you'll need. The wardrobe acts as the bathroom door. Love the neat arrangement under the sink. We get a diffuser too! Only downside is not much room for your suitcase/bags.

When flying JAL, their Japanese meal's a must! Both taste and presentation are so good. Cream cheese amuse bouche. The 5 starters were so delicious! The details in each dish were outstanding. Loved how the rice was wrapped, hence not dry. The choc mousse could be sweeter. Washed down with sake 😋

Had a great flight on JAL's A350-1000 to Tokyo! This new biz seat is right at the top of the game. Wider, more space, taller doors, more seat adjustments vs. others. Wardrobe, shoe compartment, comfy soft beddings and big sharp TV add to the list....

Which livery do you prefer? I like the retro one. It suits the 777. Those stripes visually make the plane look sleeker. Also for the nostalgia too 😊

Had a lovely time with my daughter at University of Edinburgh's Open Day today. Did similar with my son 2 yrs ago. Never expected so many modern uni buildings; somehow, I thought it would be much like the Old Town! We really liked the place. And it was so nice for me to feel like a student again! ☺️

2nd meal prior to landing on JX2. Another quality offering! The salad was fresh and crisp. Baked French style egg was not overdone. Brussel sprouts + mushrooms might look odd, but flavours were good. Fresh apple and pineapple juice, the illy espresso and fresh bread all add to a very nice meal 😋

My biz class seat on Starlux's A359 has this huge cupboard, which can hold the headphones, a bottle of water, slippers, amenity bag, my charger, my book, my glasses....so useful!! We were given pj's. Contents of the amenity kit is good. These seats are quite private even when door is opened.

Our next flight is on Starlux's A359 to LAX. Some delicious food and a good shower beforehand in their lounge is a must!

My pre departure drink on CI904 from HKG-TPE. Because we were switched onto this flight a few minutes before flight closing, we were told there would not be enough meals onboard for us. They gave us food vouchers at HKG instead. Hence, we just had cocktails and snacks onboard.

China Airlines' Skyteam liveried A333 (B-18311) has a rather retro biz class. Not been on these angled lie-flat seats for years! Love the huge legroom. Those small baggy screens look somewhat cute. Likewise those control buttons and that curly cable for the remote 🥰
