Dear Trader Joe’s: I hope you have someone searching social for mentions because this is important. Whatever bakery in Calif you have that’s baking your Cracked Wheat Sourdough, it’s very underproved. This was my favorite bread in Illinois, but the CA version needs work! It’s flat!

I have slept to unheard-of late hours these last two weekend mornings. It’s like I finally feel I can relax? It’s blissful. I am in my element and no longer have to worry about selling my house or what is going to happen next. I am home in paradise. Here’s a shot I took on my way to the doc on Fri.
