I mean, those are impressive and I can see why so many people love them, but taking away the control from the player every 5 minutes... Sorry, not my thing. It feels like watching a movie to me, and if that's what I want, I'll... you know, watch a movie. 🤷‍♂️

Just thinking about how I often find games with "bad" graphics, few or no cutscenes and narrative gaps more immersive than ultra realistic ones that use tons of cutscenes to explain every single storyline detail. #gamedev #videogames

Yeah, the Modretro Chromatic may be a cool gadget, but in case you don't know, Modretro's owner is a MAGA Zionist piece of shit. There are plenty of options today (from Analogue Pocket to amazingly modded Game Boys) if you don't want to fund fascism and genocide.
