Sing for the laughter, sing for the tears,
Sing with me, if just for today,
maybe tomorrow the good Lord will take you awayyyyyy! 🎵
And moon drops burst
Out at you from their hiding place
Miss Carrie Nurse and Suzy dear
Find themselves at Four Winds Bar
It’s the nexus
Of the crisis
And the origin of storms
Just the place to hopelessly
Encounter time and then came me…
Sing for the laughter, sing for the tears,
Sing with me, if just for today,
maybe tomorrow the good Lord will take you awayyyyyy! 🎵
There's a two second shot (right around 5m11s) of a customer in Lou's Cafe who looks just like Bill Raymond, who played "the Greek" on The Wire. Uncredited.
Fargo and the Wire are now forever connected, in my mind.

(Seriously though, I enjoyed Dispatch very much).

I cannot fall asleep with my head resting on The New Pillows.
I sleep long, deeply, and well while my head is on The New Pillows.
The #sleepAcrobatics required to pull off the second state almost escape me every night.

When it comes to "knockback"--super attacks sending the opponent flying backwards--I don't think any game handled it as smoothly (and entertainingly) as Champions/HERO.

Still, I had an itch to review it, take a second look. And their publisher is having an absolute fire sale on all their games. Which makes me a bit sad.
*These days, games with a lot of fiddly bits. I tend to run simpler things now.

My Aunt took me to the exhibit when it was in Toronto (at the ROM). I still have the book filled with colour plates.
The golden sax player in the Steve Martin video is "Blue" Lou Marini, who you might recognize from The Blues Brothers. youtu.be/FYbavuReVF4?...

It's not even half-past-Nine yet.
I hate Time.
Now please excuse me, I'm going out on my balcony to yell at the clouds.

I didn't realize that I "brayed with laughter." Apparently I do.

But The High Men in Newcastle seems to be about some British stoners.

As "Adventure Comfort Food" it's okay. Not a good movie, though.
I could have watched Ravens/Dolphin but why...?
