You're a good person. I always accept a special order if they want the full bulk quantity (and I only charge case cost + 5%), otherwise, anymore, I'll only do it for regulars that I know won't burn me or I'll list it on the site as preorder only.

Anyways, in lighter news: we profited $982 this week, which puts a nice dent in the major deficit we had last week. We have a lot to order this week so fingers crossed we can have a decent sales week this week to pay for it all!

I shouldn't be like this but it's exhausting. Perishables are a tough business, made even tougher by people who buy one thing and feel like they're god's gift to small business. If I don't have something you need, let me know. & then when I get it in for you, BUY IT. Don't want for it to go on sale.

I'm 90% certain that they're the ones who made this comment to my friend, since they're one of two couples who still know this program exists (we stopped advertising it). It's a slap in the face that they are only willing to come to us for one item + things they can get for a fraction of OUR cost

There's one couple that is actually really entitled about it AND they don't place an order, they just show up out of the blue and start putting together a box. We don't want to be rude + we've told them repeatedly how it works but we've let it slide because they're clearly just hungry.

It's not a compliment. It feels like you're banking on me to fail.

Someone can order a waste warrior box, tell us what they want to pay for it, and then we'll make them up a surprise box of items just past the sell by date. When we don't have enough, we throw in other things.

So here's a cool thing: someone was talking to my friend about how they buy her product from my store and also get a waste warrior box and then go to Trader Joe's for the rest of their groceries, depending upon what they get in the waste warrior box. I think it was intended to be a compliment.

My ability to function is too dependent on the weather. This week, the weather has been a rollercoaster so my head feels like it's being crushed by a mountain of pressure. I need to go to work but napping has been my only source of pain relief

If you email my personal or business email about needing something for the farmers market, then only I will know about it.
If you send it to the market email, everyone with access to the inbox (including the actually relevant person) will see it.

And you might be like "but if all of these email addresses go to Waffles's phone, why does it matter which one I email?"

If you send an invoice to a general inbox, it'll get lost in a sea of order notifications, general inquiries, etc.
If you send it to the A/P inbox, it'll get paid on time.

If you email the wrong email address for someone and they CC the correct email address, reply all so that your response goes to the correct email address.

First of all, if you are emailing a number of people, please use BCC unless you want everyone to have everyone's contact info. Only CC relevant folks. i.e. my farmers market emails confirmations. BCC is all attending vendors, CC is committee members (SPOC)

Anyone else having issues with Reddit ATM? My account has been locked due to "technical irregularities" but when I try to change my password or enable two-factor auth, I encounter a server error
