Updated guide for Windows 11 25H2:

1) Hit Winkey+R, type "gpedit.msc" and click OK.
2) Drill-down to Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Windows AI.
3) Configure as below.

These settings are permanent and will not be modified unless you join a domain.
