Yep ... The Duplo blocks of my kid are helping me to have a better monitor height + posture. 😅

26 days ... That's how long I've had a constant pain/discomfort in my arm. Some days are very painful, other days it's just discomfort.
Mind your ergonomics and exercise enough. Taking time exercising and being healthy saves time in the future.
