2026 is shaping up to be the year of concerts. so many bands are coming to the us. as someone who listens to mostly european metal, its a really big deal that several of my bands will be here!

also my coworkers went out last night without me. i was invited, but it was a sympathy invite ("oh you can come too if you want..."). its cus they were going drinking, so i get it, but then its just like, wow people really have no clue how to hang out and have fun without alcohol, huh?

everyone loves to say how you should reach out if you are struggling, but the reality is when you are in that mindset you already feel isolated like nobody cares about you. we as a society need to do better noticing when our friends are struggling and reach out to THEM, not the other way around

the way normal people think of "used cars" is completely different from how i do. like ppl will finance $20k with interest on a 2023 year vehicle and feel accomplished thinking they saved money. why even bother calling it used.
