Learned how to do a snatch lift today at the local CrossFit gym. First time working with a barbell. Learned a lot and enjoyed the hell out of it.

Started working out again after a few months of pretty much nothing. I was 2/3s of the way through the foundation training program and decided to start from scratch. Have to pace myself with POTS. Five workouts done and keeping consistency with that, nutrition, and sleep. Small but mighty gains. 💪🏻
