I will probably be taking a break from social media.

My panic attacks keep getting worse and more frequent.

I don't wanna worry anyone, so I'll disable interactions.

I'm doing ok, in a sense that I'll be fine. I'll be seeking therapy for my panic attacks. I will focus on myself & on healing. 🫶

Yeah. Ever since I'd worked out I noticed that some women were giving me the "bombastic sideeye" or getting nervous. Which's fine I don't mind it.

But yeah as I and you said, it's mostly older men that stare. 😬

This happened to me a few times and I don't get it?
When it happened the first time, it was an older man at I believe a bus stop. He just kept staring and I'd feared he'd collapse. He didn't move for a bit. Just stared...

What you're describing is like a breakup with an abusive partner. I deleted my X account for the same reason.

As with everything, there's a price you pay (in this case followers/reach) but long term, it's going to be worth it. Then and only then, will you start to heal.
