Observation: SFO immigration entry on Fri was about 99.9% US citizens. Not a foreign tourist in sight. Husband noticed the same in Houston. All the lines were US citizens or legal residents. Granted, it may be off season, but I cannot blame anyone for wanting to visit the US at this time.
