I 100% recommend against ever using UPS. The website, phone, and more have gone fully AI with runarounds, and live agents which are near impossible to reach will try to redirect you back to the site or pass the buck. There is zero ability to leave feedback as well.

I found Zootopia 2 fun and had a good time, but genuinely despised the writing.
Voice acting, visual dept., sound, editing, all top notch. Script though; it felt more like an extended Netflix episode and less a film. It bothered me enough I'm internally questioning if humans wrote it level.
