Well I had a run planned for this afternoon but Uni needed a model in the afternoon and I was there anyways. My 8 hours of modeling today (yes I had breaks) actually showed as activity on my Fitbit.

Accidental 7k testing out my head torch hat (Birthday present) powered by birthday Kendal Mint Cake from the advent calendar.
It was very uppy downy and my light was not enough to see. Bit scary. Not fast but I did it in the dark and fog.

Silverstone 10k completed and at a very respectable 1hr 30
Pace was my normal 5k pace so I'm VERY pleased with that. I was thinking I'd be at least 10 min slower.
My fastest 10k yet 😁 in the week I turn 49.
Not bad for a lass who only started couch to 5k 15 months ago.
