Dear America (esp. the media)

The correct grammar is *DEMOCRATIC* Party

Shortening Democratic Party/Candidate/Senator/etc to "Democrat Party," etc is a McCarthy Era slur to "emphasize the rat in Democrat"

It's being used by the right as a means to demonize & insult Democrats

NEVER normalize it

Don't believe the propaganda that business is booming in Vegas or that tourism is up

EVERYONE is struggling right now

People are losing shifts, tipped employees have no customers, and casinos are laying people off

I was trying to remember the 1st time I remembered seeing Diane Keaton. Obviously I didn't see movies like The Godfather & Annie Hall til I was a little older, so I scrolled through her filmography and remembered instantly..

Baby Boom

She was always such a joy

RIP

Obviously I meant Kleptocracy 🤦‍♀️

He doesn't give a 💩 about religion but for it being a means of subversion for about 20% of Americans

TBH he wouldn't want anyone believing there's a higher power than him

It's ALWAYS been about the grift

This sounds like a confession to me

It's about time we disclose to the public the conversations that happened between the WH and the leaders of the insurrection, the Proud Boys, Stuart Rhodes, Steve Bannon, etc

Every single one of his accusations turns out to be a confession

Vought was the key architect of project 2025

He doesn't just believe in hierarchy, he wants a kletocracy of feudal lord-like autocrats that own everything including the rest of us who exist only to serve them & otherwise aren't permitted to exist within their walls/borders

I'm sad/angry that there will no new Diane Keaton films, but happy/grateful that we still have the ones she left behind. I don't think I'll ever get over her not being on earth anymore. She was truly one of a kind.

I can't believe Diane Keaton passed away. She was such a legand that I really thought she would live forever. I also though she was much younger. She was truly authentic, shinning so bright from the insight out. RIP #DianeKeaton. Your memory will live forever 💔🎭❤️

57 Years ago Diane Keaton starred in the Broadway production of "Hair." At a time when American society was bitterly divided over the Vietnam War, Hair delivered a defiant antiwar message, pleading for an end to the killing and an embrace of “beads, flowers, freedom, happiness. photo: Kenn Duncan.

One of the signature actresses of her or any era, and a woman who paved a path most Hollywood actresses -haven't- followed: dressing to express joy and a sense of self. On Diane Keaton: time.com/7325208/dian...
The Astonishing Versatility of Diane Keaton
Keaton, who died at 79, is often remembered for her comedic performance in Annie Hall, but she did so much more throughout her career.

Glad some people got around to watching Looking For Mr. Goodbar yesterday in honour of Diane Keaton. RETVRN to when a deeply dark, depressing (and angrifying) movie could be a box office smash (in 1977, when this was still possible). Keaton nails the difficult and complex part.
