-need to make it? Can a 1 and 3 year old even wear something like this? I know regular scarves are a safety hazard. I don't have the ability to do a test fitting or anything on my cousins and nephews. This would be a Christmas present idea.

I doubt I have many parents following me, but I don't know where else to ask. An adult sewing pattern for this neck warmer is 8"x30" with a 1/2" seam allowance. Making the finished product 7"x29" If I made this for a 1, 3, and 8 year old, how much smaller would I-
