Financial freedom our only hope.
I am inspired, I cannot understand hate.

The Greens are starting to feel just like all the other political parties. Gaslighting, name calling. I had high hopes
I see the PM is being very rattled and very untruthful about the Greens again in the papers.

He couldn’t say this stuff in Parliament because he would be lying to the House - both about what our popular, evidence-based policies are, and about him believing this guff.

They are things I refuse to do. Watching anything with Liz Truss on it is one of those. But subjecting myself to her whole show???? Fuck No. #LizTruss #Porkmarkets

Like filling the unforgiving minute and treating triumph and disaster as impostors, plus wisdom such as he travels the fastest who travels alone, the female of the species is more deadly than the male and for the strength of the pack is the wolf, and the strength of the wolf is the pack.

Maybe I am just being pedantic but I dont know if I would class his racism, antisemitism, islamophobia, misogynistic behaviours as just meanness.
The best way to demolish reform is to remind everyone what the Farage has bought us: Brexit busting Britain, lies, corruption, greed, and meanness. Is this a country you want to have like this?

Shhhhhh let them focus on other things while we put the country back together.
Imagine the media fury when they realise that Brexit reversal is marching its way up Labour’s agenda. If they’d focus on news for a bit they might keep up with real events. I believe Brexit reversal will be in Labour’s manifesto for 28/29.

Before the budget is said the media were absolutely going mad because Labour were playing them. Media kept reporting what would be in the budget then when Labour said nope it was reported as Uturns. Now here is a perfectly normal budget. Nothing fanciful really and media are going crazy. Shitbags
If you look at the ridiculous case studies they dredged up & the desperate attempts to hang Reeves for ‘lying’ about the rationale behind a policy she *did not introduce*, you might work out why right-wing media is straining *not* to talk about the finer detail of her (unremarkable) budget.

The left. The effing left .
Blimey. Major new split in Your Party. Blackburn MP Adnan Hussain -who is secretary of the Your Party company - says he's quitting due to "persistent infighting, factional competition, and a struggle for power, position and influence rather than a shared commitment to the common good."

Lest we forget 😪
Roughly 10% of the male fighting age (18-41) population of Britain died in WWI.

That's why every place in the country had "old spinsters" (awful term) well into the 1980s - who had never married.

In my village, there was a kind old lady called Beth Izzard who would lament her lost sweetheart to us
i’d like to see the inter-war years lonely hearts ad columns in newspapers up and down the country become part of the syllabus it brings home just how short of marriageable men the UK had after WW1

People have tried to say that the Green surge is just on social media.

Or in a bubble that's just about polls and just about new members.

Yet up and down the country - Greens are also winning elections.

Huge congratulations to the Canterbury Greens! 💚🎉

How long have I been telling you to ignore it when the media goes on about anonymous sources, rumours and speculation?

Yet the ENTIRE country has been obessed with such things the last couple of days.
November 13, 2025 at 6:41 PM
Or the media should shut the fuck up and report facts not rumours. It looks to us that the British media are embarrassed this morning and are blaming the government. You lied to us. You dont know what is in the budget. Do be quite.
Somehow UK governments seem to have decided that political leadership is best demonstrated by a series of leaks to newspapers which are then denied, and daily ministerial media rounds of denial in support of grid announcements nobody notices.

This sort of stupidity from this James fella is why people do not trust the press. Instead of putting his point across he labels anyone defending the Government as pro Starmer ultras. This Nigel FaRage ultra should not be allowed to tell people what to do. Go away.
There is a small subset of pro-Starmer ultras on here who either genuinely don’t understand that budget stories *are directly briefed out by the Treasury, with permission* or pretend not to know that. And so they claim the plans never existed, haven’t changed, etc. It is maddening, and dumb as fuck.
