If engaging in pro-democracy activity, do not take your phone with you. Leave your phone somewhere that would back up an alibi, such as with a friend. ICE is tracking phones with false cell towers, and phones have a location data history.

The only reason for a Qatari air base on American soil is to have an air force who will fire on Americans without questioning their orders the way that US pilots may. US pilots are officers who have a different oath than enlisted, and can make judgement calls as to the legality of orders.
