Mixed messages… (and even at Arlanda Airport)
A pile of single use cups etc, and a napkin with the words: There is no Planet B.

Today we gave away ~$10K to the customers of our customer (or more precisely, we found out that during the past weeks, we have done so). Somehow it feels much worse than more expensive mistakes because there is a number attached.
Don’t put a number on it.

Hvis reviewer 1,3-n ikke har kommenteret på det, er det vel mere flovt for dem end dig? (Med mindre du var reviewer).

I have always delegated that part to a player.

Somehow felt like a game from 10-15 years ago. When it was allowed to make fun and not too deep games as long as the experience was good. Very much like a Race for the Galaxy without expansions, but more play to see what happens.

Played Moon Colony: Bloodbath today. Very pleasant experience with low chance of slowly revealed depth. It’s light and fun, and most of all reminds me of bingo (but with the added joy of killer robots).
Right now I adore it, but I’m not sure it can handle repeated play or too high player count.

Jeg er ret sikker på det er ham der snakker lidt mindre.

Now THIS is good data visualization!

Played Signal by Jasper Beatrix at work today. Was fun to see a bunch of developers debug their way through the game.
Aliens and legacy systems are more or less the same.

Played Revive today after a long break, and I am left with one large question: Why don’t we play this every week?

Also: Concrete human-hives are just as “natural” as plants everywhere! Formica IS the people!

Also, 25 hours in June is pretty decent ;)

Thanks for the thought, but online gaming just doesn’t do it for me. :)

I suspect the reality is more: There’s dudes out there idealizing rawdogging mechanisms, but refusing to play games with ponies.

Nyborg! Men det giver måske bedst mening noget senere på dagen end du havde forestillet dig :)
I hvert fald hvis du skal på kaffe-visit.

Played Anno 1800 (the board game) again yesterday.
It is still not great, but I really want it to be.
There is something very satisfying about the checking off the needs of one person after another until your hand is empty.
Any game out there that does this better? Or maybe someone could make it?

Context: Denmark. She is EU citizen.
Compared to so many other people we have it easy. But the stupidity hurts.

Bureaucracy: We have a paid cleaner to clean the house. My wife will now go clean elsewhere to satisfy employment-requirements for applying for citizenship. Requirements she has fulfilled a while ago, but no matter, only employment immediately before evaluation matters.
