President Biden has been awarded Germany's highest honor, the Grand Cross of the Order of Merit at a ceremony in Berlin. And they called him dear Joe. Americans were shocked when I told some a few years ago he is loved worldwide. The Irish 🇮🇪 adore him as well. Congratulations Joe Biden!
