🔻Opening the door for repentance and general amnesty for gang members “not involved in bloodshed” to regularize their status.

Following the implementation of the ceasefire ending Israel’s war of extermination against our people...

Based on the principles of justice and national responsibility, and in the interest of internal unity and the restoration of public order, the Ministry of Interior and National Security announces the opening of a repentance and general amnesty window for all those who joined these gangs but were not involved in murder or bloodshed.

They are called to surrender themselves to the security services during a one-week period beginning Monday, October 13, 2025, and ending Sunday, October 19, 2025, in order to regularize their legal and security status and close their cases permanently.

The Ministry warns that anyone who refuses to surrender or persists in violating the law will face strict legal action by the competent authorities. No one will be allowed to undermine public security or the rights of citizens under any circumstances. Consider this a final warning.
