It is *amazing* how much cleaner my whole body feels when I wash just my face and my feet. Like it goes from “I feel disgusting” to “eh, I’m good” so quickly.

If anyone has some spare good thoughts and prayers for my best friend and her grandpa, I’d super appreciate it. Her grandma passed this week, and they’re not doing well. Best friend’s mom died when she was 10, so her grandparents raised her. This is a big blow.
AND my best friend’s grandma (who’s like an aunt to me) is in the same hospital with pneumonia. Which is super not great cause she’s in diastolic heart failure.
