Had a blast at this and did decently for a surprise booking! Favorite activity was pointing at the most extravagantly dressed person in the room and saying "Do YOU perchance enjoy tabletop games?" and you know what? I was right every time.
Can I sell out the rest of these dang softcovers we had left over from the renn faire in an hour? I'm gonna try!

Small to midsize publishers can take advantage of scale & you can't.
You are not Wizards, Evil Hat, Exalted Funeral, or Modiphius.
