if i end up having to be in a conversation with someone who complains about the amount of swearing in Hazbin I’ll ask them what percentage of dialogue would they find swearing acceptable.

if it’s anything higher than 1% i get to tell them hey good news Hazbin actually has LESS swearing than that.

Oh good, ChatGPT is getting "erotica for verified adults" later this year

We made ChatGPT pretty restrictive to make sure we were being careful with mental health issues. We realize this made it less useful/enjoyable to many users who had no mental health problems, but given the seriousness of the issue we wanted to get this right.

Now that we have been able to mitigate the serious mental health issues and have new tools, we are going to be able to safely relax the restrictions in most cases.

In a few weeks, we plan to put out a new version of ChatGPT that allows people to have a personality that behaves more like what people liked about 4o (we hope it will be better!). If you want your ChatGPT to respond in a very human-like way, or use a ton of emoji, or act like a friend, ChatGPT should do it (but only if you want it, not because we are usage-maxxing).

In December, as we roll out age-gating more fully and as part of our “treat adult users like adults” principle, we will allow even more, like erotica for verified adults.

Theory, and one I hope comes true:

Alastor’s wound either takes a stupid long time to heal/ doesn’t at all unless another angel heals it. Injury weakens him and thus weakens his grip on whatever souls he owns. Long shot, but if Husk finds out, he could use it to his advantage 😁😈

Giving him that clearly defined role would also STABILIZE Vaggie and Charlie’s view of Angel instead of his role to being in limbo between friend and guest, switching between them.

We see this when Vaggie and Charlie accept AND IMPLEMENT Angel’s suggestion to go to the club. Angel is comfortable and earnest making suggestions . he also participates more enthusiastically than Pentious after the Pentious-as-spy reveal.

Vaggie & Charlie already see and treat him like that but without naming it and it makes him feel like he’s not valued as a guest. the reality is that he was on the ground floor, before Alastor, and they see him as more than a guest.
