As I noted a few weeks ago, my colleagues and I identified the area of Arizona where the measles outbreak has exploded as a region of low vaccination coverage a decade ago.

There is no question that undervaccinated areas are dangerous, and we can predict where outbreaks will grow.

Let's also promote the real resources and not just say RFK has run the CDC into the ground. I love the work being done at CIDRAP's Vaccine Integrity Project.

For your daily dose of irony, here's a CDC chart showing what happened when the infant dose of hep B vaccine was introduced in 1991. RFK and ACIP are doing harm.

I have been getting my information from WHO and CIDRAP since RFK Jr. was put in charge of the CDC. I like the Vaccine Integrity Project, too. This is a decision that will increase Hep B cases, and I'm wondering how quickly we'll see issues obtaining the vaccine.

I could not choose certain medical schools because I am a first gen student from a low income family. New limits will make medical education even more unattainable for students like me, creating a more rigid American caste system. But maybe that's the point?

If you want to reduce your carbon footprint, but don't want to support Tesla, here's a new alternative.
I don't see how Tesla's Model 3 can survive if Benz can offer an alternative EV this cheap, with this kind of performance, on top of the 15% tariff that it's charged in the US.

Imagine what this model does to Tesla in Europe, where Benz pays no tariffs.
