Even tho I wrote a gravy recipe ages ago I realized my Thanksgiving turkey gravy technique is different enough from it that it warrants its own separate recipe 📝

I broke the turkey down into breast still on the ribcage, then separated the thigh from the leg, and the drumettes from the flats & wing tips. Deboned the thigh & rolled it up with pepperoni, olive tapenade, parsley, & cheese.
I forgot to take food pics but V captured most of it 🍜🍽️
