yes, if the last four or five years have proven anything it is that there is a sticky upper condition to inflation where deflation would require a collapse of the economy, therefore things continue to go up in price.

yes, watch the piece, he mentioned the drought as constrictor of supply. It will really be determined as a lagging indicator when (if) there's a drop in price due to Argentina imports. in either case the proposal to support their market with 20 billion dollars is galling for those who voted for it
