With the second, the vibration rises into the abdomen and heart, loosening anything held too tightly. With the third, the tone hums through the throat and head, clearing static and excess thought. Now the bowl is joined by higher crystal tones, faint but luminous, drifting like light above the deeper sound. Each resonance overlaps the last, creating a cocoon of vibration around you. You do not follow the sound—the sound carries you. Rest in the spaces between tones. This is where balance settles.
