The UK had a ban on guns in the 90s, it cut shootings down a lot, sure there still are, but those are with illegally acquired hardware, but it's still nothing on the scale of the US, it is indeed a cultural thing, but also a conditioning thing, "it's to fight tyranny!", and yet, they don't fight...

We don't do halloween as intensely as the US (and many people complain about it being too "americanised" these days), I've not done anything for it in years, just lights out and ignore anyone at the door... 😂

If people are pro-life, then they ought to be pro-ban on gun ownership, considering they keep being used to end life in the US, particularly children in schools, I don't know of any other country where they have gunman drills or fold-out saferooms in classrooms as the US does...
