There’s a LED red light booth at my Planet Fitness. It has an optional vibration plate. I love it so much! Never mind for the skin, which is amazing, but for my brain!

She might as well have said she doesn’t keep up with the current research.

Told me there isn’t any proof it helps with anything. Ummm… I told her not only do I have empirical evidence, there are studies done.

Then she got angry. Not sure I understand the gaslighting.

Most of my healthcare providers do not understand how to communicate with a high IQ, autist who appears NT.

For instance, after thoroughly reading nearly every journal article published on red light therapy for skin, I asked my dermatologist about it.

Not all chiropractors… but, man, there are some doozies out there.

That said, probiotics for the large intestines wh feed the good microbes really help a truly inflamed intestinal wall. The byproduct of the good microbes is butyrate, soothing & healing. Raw potato starch works well.

right when I broke his grip. I rush by him into the back.

He didn’t like that he could not go back with me. I told him later that my 18 years of experience isn’t equal to his 6 months of community college, learning respiratory therapy.

Nine years ago, I remember getting called back into the ER while they were working on my mom who coded, only because I am a physician as well as her daughter.

For those of you following the story, Little Bro is locked in a psych ward for his own safety. He had a nervous breakdown over the state of America and the world. Not hyperbole.
