I'll bet Mar-A-Lago has an 86 list, every bar, lounge, and restaurant does. One more time my taxpayer money is being wasted by the Trump administration investigating people for having an opinion.

Whoopee! The audiobook of my novel is now available. Mary Ann Aude did a fantastic job of narration, and she even completed production a month early. Her narration was so good, in fact, that I cried during certain scenes. Sampling is available on Audible/Amazon.

Trump can't hear, Vance was his ears at the press meeting today with Zelensky. Worth watching Zelensky's face while trying to make sense of Trump. Evidently, Trump has disinvited Zelensky until he shows the proper respect, but it is clear that Trump is unfit.

Here's the thing about letting go probationary governmental employees. They are the people being trained to take over for the retirees. You get rid of them, the retirees go, and suddenly there is not enough people to take care of America's nuclear arsenal. And that means we are all less safe.

Trump, ever and only a property developer, now wants to remove the grass of the Rose Garden and replace it with a patio/dance floor. Bad idea. Grass is perfect for the rose garden, it softens the hard lines of the building and frames it nicely, a hardscape would blur the lines. Don't do it Trump

Trying to get through Flight Behavior by Barbara Kingsolver, a book club pick, finally at 102 pages it hit the plot point I needed to convince me to continue. It's 433 pages, what a commitment of time. What a wordy book. I have a week to finish it before the group meets. They'll gush over it, I bet.

I recommend reading Joe Mattews, S.F. Chronical Feb.2, 2025; Shut up Uncle Sam, or put up. it's believed the California fires had their start on Federal land. Federal land is undermanaged, the service is understaffed. Almost half of CA. is Federal land. Looks like Trump needs to rake the forest.
