I don’t know, I just kind of figured with the nature of ATProto where everything is public that it wouldn’t be a thing.
Private repos a thing? I like the idea but I have a lot of stuff I don’t or can’t have public too.

My own instance of gitea or something syncing with tangled might solve that though.
Just let systemd handle std out and query it with your time period 🤣
smarterchild was better than chatgpt
I need to understand the business case before I can ok such a dumb function. 🤣
started making homemade bagels, that was game changing!
Bluesky needs to let us theme the client.

I want vBulletin sky now (because we all know vBulletin was better)
Any #3dprinter people ever use conductive filament?

How was it? What did you make? What were the gotchas?
Interestingly enough I've not had that text reading issue yet, where have you had it?

I will admit, that I do also like the reduce transparency effect in the A11Y options. It makes the top bar look a little more old school on macOS. I don't currently use it, but I like it.
I still like Liquid Glass, am I the only one?
It was way better than 11 😬
when people are big fans and deeply care about things, they do a great service to the thing

when the thing is a means to make share holder value go up, it gets enshitified
It's interesting, Ultima Online: Outlands has done Ultima Online better for the last 7 years and better than EA ever did.

TurtleWoW looks to be doing the same to WoW, it's almost as if game companies need to actually take player feedback instead of "You think you do, but you don't"
@deckbuttons.com and I modded our OG X-Box's back in the day. I wonder if he still has pictures of them.

Sanded down that middle jewel for LEDs was one I remember
The whole thing makes me want to go buy a farm and make day in the life YouTube videos that people who dream about doing that very thing watch and subscribe to 🤣
You know, I would understand if it was like "oh this appointment is for emergencies" or held for something, but it's literally a "we can't give it to you, we want to, but the system won't let us"
luckily he could be booked back in his normal appointment slot.

The call handler had no idea that wasn't going to work.

So now there's just an appointment sitting there unbooked that would be PERFECT for my son.

He's been ready and looking forward to the costume contest since September. 😢
Infuriating NHS bureaucracy

My son has an appointment on Halloween, and also a really fun school day planned.

Phoned up to see if I could reschedule. I spoke to a wonderful woman who found a free appointment on Monday.

Let's do it!

NOPE the system puts him back to the bottom of the waitlist
Yes I conflated a lot of US and UK things here, but both countries went very similar trajectories with Reaganism/Thatcherism and both countries have the same rhetoric right now.
The big lie billionaires have sold the working class is that the country being white with Christian values is what made a strong working class.

Nothing to do with the 90% top end tax rates on corporations, which btw didn’t stop people from getting rich, or the US going to the moon.
I've tried so many iterations of this workflow and I always get the same results of untangling a mess or scrapping the whole project.

Some say skill issues and maybe that's true, but I'm starting to think the majority of the hype around "vibe coding" are bots and paid shills.
I see some variation of this comment about "vibe coding" everywhere:

"I get Claude Code to build me a detailed implementation plan into a file"

"I chat about the plan to ensure it's sound"

"I have Claude Code implement the plan"

I can only conclude it's bots posting these things.
Some more changes:

Avg resting heart rate down from 84 to 62

Avg HRV up from 28 to 56

I sleep better, though I wasn’t a bad sleeper before’ I don’t have a good way to distill that into a single number but there’s been positive improvement.
I now run a majority of my runs easy mixing in speed and long runs.

VO2 max is above average(48) now and still climbing and I’ve broken well past that 6 month mark for training and I’m still loving it.

Learning how to run has changed me. Thanks @coachbennett.bsky.social
