A character reference sheet for Trash Bat Char, a non-binary purple bat v-tuber. They have light purple fur/skin, and short violet hair with a white streak in the bangs & a red ombre on the tips. Their eyes are lavender & light blue, with bat wing-shaped eyelashes. They wear black lipstick and have a labret lip piercing & industrial bars in each bat ear. I was so surprised it happened!!! we were on the complete opposite side of stage from the guitarist, but they travel back and forth throughout the show. It pays to take your attention off the lead singer and make eye contact with the other band members when they're in front of you!

AFI concerts are so so special to me & it was awesome to get to share a front row experience with a friend who I met through their music!

Also I hope someone got good footage of Davey's battle with the mic stand & the song where he just sang the entire first verse crawling on the floor lmfao

The AFI show was fucking incredible as ever. Was on the rail & we got an amazing setlist, highlight for me being The Face Beneath the Waves.

Jade threw his guitar pick at me & I fumbled it, but thankfully a guard took pity on me and picked it back up! Coveting this lil piece of plastic 🩷🖤

the worst part:

>Starting from the 2nd shiny death, I called it a "Shiny Curse" in that finding a shiny spells doom of some kind. I'm genuinely stressed that I keep finding them at this point lmfao

I found a shiny in hour 1 of our 1st run, then immediately lost it when I whited out at the first trainer.

then on run #2, I found a 2nd & 3rd shiny. one died, the other never got used before we lost that run.

and now on our 3rd run, I find my FOURTH FULL ODDS SHINY? WHAT IS HAPPENING?!?!?!?

I started designing this before the album even came out because I knew I would be obsessed, but I am in absolute love with 'Silver Bleeds the Black Sun...' & made an outfit inspired by it + a second simpler one for emote/meme purposes. Kinda in love with how the darker purple hair + pale pink looks!
