Colleen Jones was a tour de force. When you were with her you felt invincible and that anything was possible. She made you a believer.

Riding transit in other cities like a mystery shopper. Montreal, your faring system (how many zones am I using?) & fare gates were confusing- where do I scan the ticket? No wait, I have to insert the ticket. Thankfully, fellow riders helped me out. 🙌
