I don’t get it either.

Don’t think the Russian differentiate much between being calm or just weak.

If they enter our airspace there should be serious consequences.

Shooting it down is not an act of war or too harsh if a hostile country enters your territory with military equipment.

The German ruling coalition has agreed on a new model for military service. The new system will be based primarily on volunteers, and any manpower shortfalls will be filled by lottery. Additionally, the German government also plans to increase the size of its armed forces.

Chinese shipments of fiber-optic cables to Russia grew almost tenfold between July and August, after hitting record highs in May and then again in June, according to the data from China’s customs office. Exports of lithium-ion batteries, probably used to power the drones, also shot up over summer.

Previously, these missiles were typically launched from vertical launch systems installed on cruisers and destroyers. Tomahawk missiles can also be launched from submarines.
