Exploring the great outdoors

Wanted to paint some plantlife again. Small plants are a big world for the Snifes.

I also did the first BG for TheMightyNein! since it's nebula I went straight to paint instead of BW or line, the final was then touched up by our art director Joseph Martinez(who is also my coworker on LVM!). Making magical stuff green is my habit, it was nice to see it maintains that way in final

A common (or ring-necked) pheasant, Phasianus colchicus. This species is naturalised, but the numbers are boosted by artificial releases every autumn in preparation for a lot of "jolly" shooting. I sincerely hope this fine fellow escapes!

a reference sheet for a small blue blob creature, who is a Waddle Dee, a type of person from the Kirby series. this one's name is Wobble Dee. on the left you can see him standing in a spotlight, wearing his makeup and circus costume (space boppers and acrobat's slippers). one the right you can see him without his costume and the parts of the costume separately. the text says "Wobble Dee, a clumsy waddle dee circus artiste. A dee who longs to sparkle like a star on the circus stage, but people love his act more for his constant mishaps... At least his dear friend Model Dee understands him!" the sheet is decorated at the top with strings of circus lights and glittery stars.
