Helping people and organisations with those problems that feel like trying to put a nappy on an octopus. Coach, consultant, keynote speaker, writer. Cynefin, complexity, narrative. Cricket, music, comics, painting. Not half as funny as I think I am.

It does get easier - or at least that's how it feels. Bad days, good days and before you know it your parenting has evolved as much as they have.
I’m sorry you’ve had the negative responses. There’s enough that’s hard with a newborn without all that. How you feed them is no one’s business but yours. All that matters is that they are fed, emptied😄 and most of all, loved. And having followed you since the other place, I’m sure they are.
25 years of working with organizations has taught me something important: complexity isn't just a buzzword, it's the water we're all swimming in.
As I transition from Narrate to TonyQuinlan.com, I'm focusing even more on helping teams who feel stuck when conventional approaches aren't working.

Today marks 80 years since the liberation of Auschwitz. Living in Amsterdam, I'm constantly surrounded by small, poignant reminders of the Holocaust—traces that weren’t so visible to me when I lived in the UK.

Been reflecting on company narratives recently. In my new article, I explore how the stories told at the coffee machine shape behavior more than any official policy. When those stories clash, that's where the real work begins. #ChangeManagement #OrgDev #CultureChange
