This government is committing to what it has promised - and as a young person, it’s music to my ears. Breaking down barriers to opportunity will bring prosperity to the next generation.

A recent CPS report found that over half of 18-24 year old men think that if a man has been drinking or taking drugs, he is not responsible if he rapes someone.
That is horrifying.
Tackling violence against women & girls can’t happen without dealing with the online radicalisation of young men.

It was great to attend the launch of Sussex Young Labour on Thursday with @chriswardmp.bsky.social. This will be a huge help to mobilising young people across the counties, as well as ensuring young people‘s voices are heard.

Gutted to hear that former Deputy PM John Prescott has sadly passed away. He was instrumental to the last Labour government, and an inspiration to young people like myself.
