I don't think people understand how much Heaven's Vault is THE game for me. Inkle has produced only bangers for me and you must believe at reading "narrative deduction meets audio drama" from my faves, the squeal I emitted broke glass.

We don't know. What we do know is the wiring diagram works. We built it, virtually, in @godotengine.org. We fed it scans of the books we found.

And the books are very, very strange. The "game" that resulted is also strange.

We're hoping people can make sense of it for us.

Ce week-end (21-23 novembre 2025), j'aurais dû assister au festival de bande dessinée BD COLOMIERS (https://www.bdcolom-iers.com/), auquel j'ai été invitée suite à la publication en traduction française de mon livre <<< Sindrome Italia >> par les éditions Pr-esqueLune (https://www.presquelune.com/syndrome-italie). La maison d'édition avait organisé mon voyage, mon hébergement ainsi que deux jours de dédicaces pour la sortie du livre. Inutile de dire que j'étais impatiente: c'est un très beau festival, où j'aurais pu rencontrer de nombreux collègues, une occasion importante pour mon travail. Vendredi soir. Le vol Francfort-Toulouse atterrit à 18 heures et, dès que je descends de l'avion, je trouve trois agents de la Police nationale (la police française) qui m'attendent. Ils m'arrêtent et me mettent au courant du fait que je ne peux pas mettre les pieds en France, qu'ils ne savent pas exactement pourquoi, mais qu'il existe un signalement du ministère de l'Intérieur concernant le danger que je représenterais. Je reste interdite, mais après un premier moment de surprise mêlée de panique, j'explique tout d'abord que je n'ai jamais eu de prob-lèmes avec la justice française et je montre la lettre d'invitation du festival, en précisant que je suis là pour mon travail. Apparemment ce moment de l'année approche, alors je prends les devants:
Une BD qui parle des premières chutes de neige. On y voit Boulet enfant dans une salle de classe, et soudain quelqu'un crie "Y NEIGE !" et tous les élèves se ruent aux fenêtres pour voir tomber les premiers flocons. Boulet adulte voit soudain Twitter s'enflammer parce que commencent à tomber les premiers flocons à nouveau. On voit des gens dans des bureaux se lever et aller aux fenêtres. Une page montrant les immeubles pleins de gens aux fenêtres, comparant les adultes à une immense classe de CM2. (Tout en précisant que ça ne dure pas longtemps. Dans la dernière case on voit un homme en colère au téléphone, expliquant qu'il est en retard à cause de "cette putain de neige")
