I get your point, but I’m not tied to any political party. I try to judge ideas by their impact, not by who says them. Reason and empathy should go hand in hand, no matter which side you’re on.

When Trump fully initiated the trade war against China, the policy was almost destined to fail. The trade war hurt not only China but also left American farmers and businesses as the biggest victims, with costs far outweighing the expected gains.
