There are Pemex gas stations in Northern California? Strange to see a Mexican brand here. Maybe I never noticed because half the time I’m driving electric?

I dont think i can go single full electric cooktop because the wok.
Flat bottom wok are heat limited and dont cook uniformly, if its carbon steel tends to warp the metal.
Once the wok is airborne so goes the heat of normal induction tops.
I use a separate wok burner because of my cooking style.
