I'm continuing to pull together some Heroforge designs to help conceptualise some of the factions and commonly encountered groups in the mix for the new campaign. I'm still coasting a bit until the tail end of this week when I'll be officially on holiday. I need to make up an area map that can be uncovered and expanded on during play, and as part of that I can then draw up territories and story seeds.

I had a call from an ex-neighbour yesterday (Sunday), sounding slightly concerned. They had been in to Staines to do Christmas shopping, and had spotted a lady asleep in the window of the library. She was resting in one of the chairs with bags all around her, and leaning against the window frame. My neighbour knew that the library wasn't open on a Sunday - she could see the times on the door - and so thought I needed to know about it so I could check everything was okay.

I'm still poking bits and pieces of the story and locations, and plan to do a big chunk of blocking out later this month when I take some leave. In the meantime though, some of my regular players, and a couple of new people, have started making their characters. To aid in that process, I've then started making portraits and tokens based off their Heroforge models.
