I'm on a weekend writing retreat at Gladstone's Library in Wales. It's an amazing place to stay, with minimal distractions, as long as you don't get lost amid the library shelves! The plan is to work on my new novel, The Silent Division.

It's taken a while, but I now have outline plans for one of three new short story settings. I wrote 1,000 words on the first of these today. I'm not sure where this story series will take me. Half the fun is finding out!
