Today wrapped up my third semester running a program specifically for kids who, for numerous reasons, just don't fit in at public schools. Neurodiverse, LGBTQIA+, medically-complex. Seeing how happy they are, with new friends who just don't care about those things, makes it so worth it.

The hero of Bondi: Ahmed el Ahmed, a 43 year old fruit shop owner from Sutherland. He grabbed the gun off one of the terrorists shooting at Jews during a Hanukkah celebration.
Ahmed was then shot in the leg and shoulder by another terrorist. He’s being treated in the hospital and expected to be OK.

My constituent, Wilmer, was mauled by an ICE attack dog despite the fact that, as he has consistently explained, he was not resisting arrest or trying to flee—his wife and young children, all U.S. citizens, were forced to watch helplessly as Wilmer was violently attacked and dragged away.

I am horrified that the government of the United States is proudly posting videos of our military murdering people in cold blood.
It isn't surprising coming from the people in this administration, but it is still nauseating. We are watching human beings die and the SecDef tweets.

So the CIA trained this man to be SpecOps, had him murder hundreds, brought him to the US, and now we're supposed to believe that they had no idea he planned to travel cross country and murder two young soldiers?
